Production Base

NCC owns a 1500-square-meter nanotechnology R&D center located in the BioBay of Suzhou Industrial Park, equipped with such technical laboratories as R&D laboratories, application laboratories, coating room, constant temperature and humidity room, printing room, electron microscopy room and etc. The R&D center is also equipped with more than 50 instruments including R&D instruments, wet-end instruments, coating instruments, printing instruments, physical property detecting instruments, particle size instruments and electron microscopy instruments, with a total value of RMB8 million. NCC’s R&D has come up to the same international advanced level as laboratories of some leading chemical companies as BASF, Ashland and Akzo Nobel.

Properties:

T-225 is copolymer of polyacrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate It has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties to calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. It has good dispersion properties to ferric oxide sludge, clay and grease. T-225 can be used under high pH situation and has good compatibility with other organophosphines and BTA. T-225 can effectively withhold sediments of zinc salt and calcium phosphate scale. It has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties under high temperature and alkaline situations.

Usage:

T-225 is suitable for circulating cool water system in situation of alkaline and excess of phosphate. It is mainly used as scale inhibitor and dispersant for heater, none-column evaporator boiler, circulating cool water and oilfield dirty refilling water with high calcium content. The dosage of 10~30mg/L is preferred. It can be built with organophosphines into a full organic (alkaline) formula.

Safety:

Avoid contact with eye and skin. In case of contact, flush with water immediately.

Package and storage:

25kg/200kg net in plastic drum or as required.

Storage for twelve months in shady room with good ventilation.
