Production Base
NCC owns a 1500-square-meter nanotechnology R&D center located in the BioBay of Suzhou Industrial Park, equipped with such technical laboratories as R&D laboratories, application laboratories, coating room, constant temperature and humidity room, printing room, electron microscopy room and etc. The R&D center is also equipped with more than 50 instruments including R&D instruments, wet-end instruments, coating instruments, printing instruments, physical property detecting instruments, particle size instruments and electron microscopy instruments, with a total value of RMB8 million. NCC’s R&D has come up to the same international advanced level as laboratories of some leading chemical companies as BASF, Ashland and Akzo Nobel.

Properties:
1) PAA is innoxious and soluble in water, it can be used in situations of alkaline and high
concentration without scale sediment.
2) PAA can disperse the microcrystals or microsand of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate
and calcium sulfate.

Application Range:
1) PAA is used as scale inhibitor and dispersant for circulating cool water system, papermaking,
weave, dyeing, ceramic, painting, etc.
2) PAAS can be used as scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cool water systems in
power plants, iron & steel factories, chemical fertilizer plants, refineries and air conditioning
systems.
Using Method:
1) Dosage should be in accordance with water quality and equipment materials.
2) When used alone, 1-15mg/L is preferred.
3) When used as dispersant, the dosage should be determined by experiment.
Safety:
No acute toxicity but irritating to the skin and eyes., Avoid contact with eye and skin. In case of contact, flush with water immediately.
Package and storage:
1)25kg/200kg net in plastic drum.
2)Storage for twelve months in shady and dry room.
